Anne Heche did it. The penguins in New York did it. Your favorate gay person, therefore, can do it, too. And, therefore gays must therefore be denied domestic partnerships in Colorado.

Presumably, gays can get domestic partnership benefits by turning straight and entering into a straight marriage, thereby not needing the domestic partnership thing. 'Cuz that's what people do.
